  • The course addresses the chemical reaction engineering concepts. Kinetics of heterogeneous reactions is discussed. Various types of polymerization reactions are discussed in details. Catalytic chemical reactions associated with external mass and heat transfer are also adressed. Diffusion limitations inside catalyst pellets are part of this course together with the design of catalytic reactors.
